Choose a coffee or let the roaster pick, set the roast, the grind and the bag size, and we post it on roast day. The summary updates as you go, and you can change or pause it before any roast.

Subscription questions
What is roaster’s choice?
Each delivery is a different coffee picked by our head roaster, usually something new on the shelf or a small lot we only have a few kilos of. A short card in the bag tells you where it is from and how we brew it.
Can I skip a delivery or go on holiday?
Yes. Skip a single delivery, pause for as many weeks as you like or move the next delivery forward, as long as you do it before 12:00 the day before roasting.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Yes. Choose three, six or twelve deliveries, add a message, and we post the first bag on the roast day you pick. Gift subscriptions end on their own.
Can I collect my coffee from the café?
Of course. Choose collection at checkout and your bag waits for you at the counter from 16:00 on roast day.
